Why therapy?
There are many reasons why people come to therapy. Sometimes this is to talk about anxiety, depression or unmanageable feelings. It could be because they have suffered a loss or bereavement or are going through a difficult time in their relationships or at work. Some people might not be sure what the problem is but have a sense of something not being right, or are feeling a general dissatisfaction with their lives.
Whatever the reason, I offer you a safe and confidential space which is free from judgement.
It is a space where you can be listened to and think with someone else, allowing you to understand better why you think, behave or feel the way you do.
We can work together to explore and reflect on the areas in your life that might be holding you back and to gain insight into your difficulties. This can help you to cope better, and can bring about material and long-lasting change, as well as a greater sense of fulfilment.
